THE PERFECT SUPER BOWL PARTY PIZZA!!

Baked Potato Pizza

1 package (6 oz) pizza crust mix

3 medium unpeeled potatoes, baked and cooled

1 Tbsp. butter, melted

¼ tsp. garlic powder

¼ tsp. Italian seasoning

1 cup (8 oz) sour cream

6 bacon strips (what? Only 6??), cooked and chopped

4 green onions, chopped

1/2 cup broccoli florets

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Prepare crust according to package directions. Press dough into a lightly greased 14 inch pizza pan; build up the edges a bit. Bake at 400*F for 5 or 6 minutes or until the curst is firm and slightly browned.

Cut baked and cooled potatoes into ½ inch cubes. In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Add potatoes and toss. Spread sour cream over crust; top with potato mixture, bacon, onions, broccoli and cheeses. Bake at 400*F for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Let it cool for about 5 minutes before cutting.
